The Time Of Preparation

On December 12, 2023 a prophetic word of hope and warning was given by Prophetess Linda Burkhardt.

God spoke of a time of preparation for what is to come, but that time is nearing its end. Here is the word:

In a dream I saw a large hand open palm up–an abacus beside the hand and then a voice said, “Wake up, for I have things to say.”

“This day, I have chosen to reveal My purpose to you of times of plans I have for my body the Church. You have seen violence throughout the world, a wicked violence directed toward my people the children of Abraham. Be prepared and know the violence will increase and include the righteous ones, My body the Church. Seven times seven and one day becomes 50. This is a mystery not yet to be revealed until the proper time. The branch of the fig tree is not yet green (remember the parable). But now is time for my people to prepare, family and friends, by preaching My gospel to them. Gone are the days of your sitting in the chairs and hearing others teach the scripture.”

“There are those in your midst with more wisdom and understanding of the scripture. Of these you must continue to increase your knowledge necessary to preach teach My word to those willing to hear. Even now you desire to see my Holy Spirit poured out upon the whole world. This will come after the Gospel is sent out over every nation and all peoples. My word is now sent out by ways never possible in the past. The Devil desires ways to impede, to stop this. The Body must stand strong as one. Know My word. Know My ways. Do not be shaken in your boots or your legs to be as water. Be strong in the word and hear the Holy Spirit. Join together in your faith. The wicked one desires to create fear as violence becomes greater still against those who are well able to recognize His way and are prepared to wage spiritual warfare!”

“See, I am giving you a time of preparation just as in times past: the world was deep in in its wickedness, but Noah had 100 years to build the Ark to save eight souls; time is the essence, and I say again, time is shorter than you think. Know that I know you are well able to prepare yourselves. If it were not so I would not say it. I am well pleased with My house of prayer. Remember this: many will come, and many will leave for not all are willing and eager to hear the truth and will return to their places to hear only comforting words I have said before many are called but few are chosen–you, My children, are chosen. Stay the course, stay in faith, and I will lead you through all troubles and lift you up. Rejoice always in Me, your Lord and Savior, the living Sacrifice, Jesus Christ Lord of Lords and King of Kings.”

The prophecy tells us that there is a mystery to be revealed: seven times seven and one day becomes SO.

Here is the revelation: "Count off seven Sabbaths of years - Seven Times Seven Years - so that the seven Sabbats amount to forty nine years. Then have the trumpet sounded everywhere on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the Day of Atonement sound the trumpet throughout your land.

Consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim liberty throughout the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you" (Leviticus 25:8-10).

The time of preparation will end on the day Jubilee is proclaimed, which will take place on September 20, 2026. For Christians, the Jubilee represents the call of God to return the land to Him, return of His people, reuniting His family, and bringing the prodigals home. This theme can be seen in Isaiah 61 and again in Luke 4, when Jesus speaks of proclaiming “liberty to the captives” and “the Year of the Favor of the Lord”. We are preparing ourselves by praying through the 40 day Jewish season of repentance and return to God known as Teshuvah beginning August 12, following in the footsteps of Jesus as He prepared for His ministry for 40 days in the desert.

We believe that, as in Jesus' ministry, this year will be a Year of the Favor of the Lord (Luke 4: 18-19). But we must remember why favor is needed. It overcomes opposition we cannot move in our own strength. Victory will be ours if we are prepared.
